ARTISTIC JOURNEY

Paul Sibuet is a French visual artist trained in Design and Art who swiftly developed an independent practice exploring his perception of object, volume and light.
His work is distinguished by structures where form, color and material converge into a “de-structured order.” In his installations, sculptures and monochrome reliefs, Sibuet plays with shadows, highlights and luxurious materials (such as gold leaf, marble and aluminium), creating spaces that challenge gravity and conventional boundaries.
In series such as Flow, Breaking the Glass and Splatch, he stages paradoxes between childhood and adulthood, playfulness and monumentality, surface and depth. His work has been shown internationally in Geneva, New York, Venice, Tokyo and Miami.
