ARTISTIC JOURNEY

David Yarrow is a British photographer internationally recognized for his cinematic approach and technical mastery in black-and-white photography. His work combines powerful visual storytelling with a deep exploration of the relationship between humanity, nature, and contemporary myth.
Yarrow began his career as a sports photographer, capturing at the age of twenty the iconic image of Diego Maradona during the 1986 World Cup final. After a period working in finance, he returned to photography in 2014, dedicating himself fully to an artistic practice that balances precision, emotion, and social commitment.
His series —ranging from portraits of wildlife to staged scenes with communities, landscapes, and cultural icons such as Cindy Crawford and Cara Delevingne— reveal a vision that unites spectacle and contemplation. Represented by more than forty galleries worldwide, Yarrow has achieved sales exceeding $140 million, with over $15 million donated to philanthropic causes supporting conservation and child health.
