HOW ARE YOUR ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
All artworks are in storage at one of our permanent gallery spaces, located in Milan (Italy) and Madrid (Spain). When you buy an artwork, we carefully package it in the gallery.
Each artwork is wrapped in protective paper, rolled up, and safely stored in postal tubes. This ensures that you will receive your artwork in perfect condition.
Our artworks are not framed unless explicitly stated in the 'Details' section of the Product's page. Although the gallery does not provide its own framing, we work closely with professional framers across various locations and could advise you if requested. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find the best option for you!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer worldwide shipping and generally aim to deliver your artwork in 2 to 3 weeks. However, the exact shipping timeframe usually depends on location and the regulatory policies of different governments. Although unforeseen delays can now occur due to COVID-19 issues, we will stay in touch with you and update you every step of the way.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return your artwork to us within 14 days of receiving it. You can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone, and we will instruct you on how to return the artwork to the gallery depending on your location and circumstances.
As long as the artwork is returned to the gallery in the same condition in which it was sent, we will reimburse you fully. Refunds are also due in the case of shipment-related damages.
HOW ARE YOUR ARTWORKS AUTHENTICATED?
All of our prints and limited-edition artworks are signed and numbered by the artist.
For unique pieces (mainly paintings plus some prints) a Certificate of Authenticity is provided by the gallery and sent to you along with the delivered artwork.
CAN I SEE HOW AN ARTWORK WILL LOOK IN MY SPACE?
Yes! We know online art shopping can be difficult. Sometimes, it's hard to visualize the dimensions or color scheme of a work you like in your space. For this reason, we offer a free rendering service, whereby virtual renderings and site-specific projections are used to help clients envision their chosen artworks or design objects in their homes, commercial spaces, or offices.
