During his career Antonio Guccione has worked with some of the most prestigious fashion magazines, and created publicity campaigns for brands such as Gucci, Prada, Versace and Officine Panerai among others. Some of his most recent publications worth noting are: "Absolute Statehood", "Faces of New York" and "Fashion and Faces". Furthermore, Guccione has been celebrated for his numerous portraits of celebrities such as Richard Gere, Dustin Hoffman, Kate Moss, Tyra Banks, Giorgio Armani, Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni, Roberto Bolle, and more.

He took part in the production of Karl Lagerfeld's Alma, Giovanni Paolo II and Faces of New York. At the moment, he teaches at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti di Milano and collaborated with "Vanity Fair". His works have been shown in major museums and galleries all around the world.
